our Spirit Seminar Series.

Wednesday Nights
Meat & Co
7-9pm

Meeting twice a month with a theme ingredient, participants will not only taste a number of craft cocktails but also be lead through a brief history of the featured spirits, their classic uses and contexts, and discuss the idea of utilizing cocktails for food pairing.

Hors d’oeuvres and small plates will be provided with a dish specially created with the theme spirit in mind.

9 September – Juniper

(Bourbon/Rye/Scotch/Irish)

2 December – Hot + Holiday
(Hot Buttered Rum/The Toddy/
Eggnog/Holiday Punch)

Cocktail Cards with ingredients and instructions for home preparation will be provided to participants at each of the events.  All ingredients and bar tools will be available for purchase at The Wine Thief Downtown.

Each seminar is $50 per person
all-inclusive*.  If you reserve a space at each of the events a 10% discount
will be provided.
