Returns are quite simple and are accepted within 10 business days of when you receive your order. Your satisfaction is our primary goal. If for some reason you have received the wrong product (e.g. wrong vintage or product that does not match the product description when ordered), we will gladly issue a full refund within 3 days of receiving the product(s) back from you. If an order is canceled after packaging, you will be refunded the total order amount less 10% for re-stocking. If an order is returned to us because it could not be delivered to the address provided to us from you, you will be charged a second delivery fee if you still want the order. If an order is returned to us because it could not be delivered to the address provided to us from you and you cancel your order, you will be refunded the total order amount less the shipping fee and less 10% of the order total for re-stocking.
Shipping charges are the responsibility of the shipper. Please ship your order back in the original container you received it in. Ship it with the carrier of your choice, such as UPS or FedEx. Since the item is your responsibility
until it arrives at our warehouse, you may decide to add insurance to your shipment through the carrier. This is usually a minimal charge and protects you against possible loss or damage during transit.

Please provide us with the tracking number so that we may track your return and issue a refund when it is received. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
We reserve the right to refuse any return if the item arrives damaged or the item arrives beyond the ten day return period.
