In honor of Yale’s Commencement, we recruited a number of special guests for this weekend.  We have enlisted Jeff Hellman of Transatlantic Bubbles to pour his Champagnes and Caseus Fromagerie to bring the cheese. Joining them will be local chef Jordan Waters to create an event to highlight some of Champagne’s most celebrated small producers and to show their intrinsic ability to pair with food.
